1. Accomplice - a person who knowingly helps another in a crime or wrongdoing, often as a subordinate.
ex. Witnesses who don't cooperate with the police are accused as accomplices.
2. Annihilate - to reduce to utter ruin or nonexistence; destroy utterly.
ex. Hiroshima was annihilated because of the first atomic bomb.
3. Arbitrary - subject to individual will or judgment without restriction; contingent solely upon one's discretion.
ex. Blind dates are arbitrary because you don't know who you'll end up with.
4. Brazen - shameless or impudent.
ex. People should have a brazen of the background you grew up with.
5. Catalyst - something that causes activity between two or more persons or forces without itself being affected.
ex. Catalyst are sneaky people who usually enjoy other people's problems.
6. Exodus - a going out; a departure or emigration, usually of a large number of people.
ex. Many families exodus themselves to the new colonies in the 1700's.
7. Facilitate - to make easier or less difficult; help forward (an action, a process, etc.).
ex. A lot of students don't notice that teachers are facilitators.
8. Incorrigible - impervious to constraints or punishment
ex. People who are incorrigible, sometimes get annoying.
9. Latent - present but not visible, apparent, or actualized; existing as potential.
ex. The wind we feel is latent because it gives a breeze.
10. Militant - vigorously active and aggressive, especially in support of a cause.
ex. During a catastrophe people become militant to help those in need.
11. Morose - gloomily or sullenly ill-humored, as a person or mood.
ex. When your friends are morose they take it out on you.
12. Opaque - not transparent or translucent; impenetrable to light; not allowing light to pass through.
ex. Tinted windows are made to be opaque so the car wont be hot inside.
13. Paramount - chief in importance or impact; supreme; preeminent.
ex. Religious people think their God as paramount.
14. Prattle - to talk in a foolish or simple-minded way; chatter; babble.
ex. People who prattle make no sense in what they're saying sometimes.
15. Rebut - to refute by evidence or argument.
ex. In debates you have to rebut or else you loose.
16. Reprimand - a severe reproof or rebuke, especially a formal one by a person in authority.
ex. In England, the queen has the power to reprimand any one's status.
17. Servitude - slavery or bondage of any kind.
ex. Some kids argue that they live in a servitude home.
18. Slapdash - in a hasty, haphazard manner.
ex. Homework can be noticed when it's done in a slapdash manner.
19. Stagnant - not flowing or running, as water, air, etc.
ex. Your drains can be backed up because of stagnant dirty water.
20. Succumb - to give way to superior force; yield.
ex. When police turn on their sirens the expect citizens to succumb.
